Thank you for shopping at our site. We have made it easy for you with these 6 steps.

  1. Find the item (s) you want, choose your size, put it in the shopping cart and then proceed to the basket

  2. In the shopping cart you can browse your selected items, possibly use a gift code (if you own such one.) Then “go to checkout”

    Regarding gift codes (also called discount codes) you should be aware that you cannot combine more of these in the same purchase. When you add a gift code, you can immediately see that your total amount has been reduced.

  3. After you have proceeded from the shopping cart, please enter your personal information including name, address, etc., as this information helps to ensure that your parcel will reach you correctly. All information provided is also kept safe and confidential in accordance with applicable legislation.

    Don't forget to mark the newsletter with “Yes” if you want to be informed about special offers and other offers from us. Then go to “select delivery”


  4. Here you only have the option “DHL”.

    At this stage you do have the option to choose another delivery address from the billing address (e.g., gift purchases, etc.). If you choose another delivery address, then please fill in the correct name and address information. Be aware that both billing- and delivery address must be in the same country. Then go to “select payment”


  5. Here you must select the payment method you wish to use in the next step. At this stage, you also can review your shipping and billing information. Finally, please accept these Terms of Service by ticking the box "I Accept the current Trading Conditions" as it is required to complete your order

  6. Finally, you will be taken to the payment window, where you will be asked to enter credit card information in connection with purchase on debit card or your PayPalinfo

BREXIT, please note that on all orders above £135 you must pay local VAT and taxes

Once you have placed your order, you will receive a receipt on your informed email address confirming receipt of your order. Immediately after the parcel is shipped from our warehouse, you will receive an e-mail with your parcels unique tracking number (Track and Trace Number) and an order confirmation.



Order on the International site will be shipped with DHL Express.

Prices for the delivery are shown on the site when country of delivery is choosen.

  • EXPRESS : Delivery is between 3-4 working days.



If you have bought something that is not suitable for size or taste, you are of course welcome to return the item (s) it concerns. You have 30 days full return from the day you receive your parcel or from the day your package lands at the desired service point.                 

A return takes 16-20 working days. You will receive an e-mail once your return has been handled and finished.

How to return items ordered on

You are welcome to use the same shipping method as your delivery or choose another shipping provider, no matter which way you send it, the returns are at your own risk and expenses. However, we advise you to use an international shipping company like DHL or FedEx so you will be able to follow your parcel completely. We like to inform you that you must save the proof of return so we can always check the whereabouts of your parcel and we can’t return book any article unless it has been delivered to our warehouse. Until the deliver at our warehouse, the return shipment is at your own risk

In order to facilitate the processing time, and thus also increase the speed of when you get your money back, it is very important that you fill out and enclose the return note with reason codes for your return (s).

Return of goods is at your own risk and you are responsible for ensuring that the contents of the return package are properly packed.

In addition, return packages must NEVER be sent without shipment or per. COD.



To get the right size or color as soon as possible, we ask you to place a new order at and then return your undesirable item(s) to us, we will refund your payment within 5 days from delivery to our warehouse.



All refunds will be made within 5 business days after arrival to our warehouse, after which the money should be visible on your account. If you have paid with MasterCard, however, it may take up to 30 days before the money is visible on your account.


All products purchased on are, of course, covered by 6 months guarantee with an extension of 6 months if the complaint is justified and consequently not due to improper use of the product or other damaging behaviour. A complaint must always be made within "reasonable time" after the defect or damage has been discovered, which will usually be within a 2-month period after the complaint has been discovered.

Approved claims will, be credited on your order and a refund of the purchase price will be made. Repayments are credited to the payment card you used to complete the order.

Be aware that both inside and outside can be surplus colour in products made of leather material. There is no guarantee that contamination can’t occur, however, this can be prevented by impregnating the product.

You create a claim by sending an e-mail to our customer service at [email protected].

We need a short description of the claim and 2-3 pictures of the product to evaluate if we can offer you a full refund or a price reduction. Once we have received your e-mail, we will handle your claim within 48 hours.

A return takes up to 16-20 working days (mon-fri). You will receive an e-mail with a confirmation that your return has been handled and finished.

Please be aware that you are responsible for the content of the return package and that it is properly wrapped.
