When is the amount charged to my payment card?

When you complete an order, the amount is first reserved on your payment card. The money is only charged once your order is packed and shipped from our warehouse.

The reservation simply ensures that funds are available – and it disappears automatically once the amount is charged.

This is in accordance with current legislation.
