How do I return an item?

Didn't the item fit? You can return it to us.

Here's how:

• Pack the item securely and make sure the parcel is properly sealed.

• Arrange and pay for the return shipment with a carrier of your choice.

• Send the parcel to our warehouse in Poland.

• Keep your receipt and tracking information until your return has been processed.

Once your return has been processed, you will receive a confirmation by email.

The cost of the return depends on the carrier you choose and the weight of your parcel. The return shipping cost is paid directly to the carrier and is not covered by BON’A PARTE. Processing usually takes 7–10 business days from the date we receive your parcel.

Important:

• You are responsible for arranging and paying for the return shipment.

• You are responsible for the parcel until we have received it.

• We recommend choosing a shipping method that allows you to track your parcel.

• Parcels must not be sent cash on delivery.
