When you choose Klarna, you can pay in the way that suits you best – for example, by invoice or in installments, depending on what Klarna offers.

If you choose invoice and your payment is declined, we recommend contacting Klarna directly. The approval process happens with them, and they can quickly assist you.

If you haven’t received your Klarna invoice, you can:

• check your email (including spam and promotions folders)

• find the invoice in the Klarna app or on Klarna’s website

• contact Klarna customer service
