We know many people buy Christmas gifts in November and December – that’s why we’ve extended our return period. Christmas gifts purchased from 1 November 2025 can be exchanged right up until 31 January 2026 – including sale items. So you can buy gifts in plenty of time with confidence: we make it easy to exchange if something doesn’t fit.
How do you return an item?
If your purchase didn’t meet your expectations in terms of size or style, you are welcome to return it. You have 30 days from the date you receive your parcel or from the date it arrives at the designated service point.
How to return an item:
If you need a different size or color, please place a new order at the relevant online brand shop. Then return the unwanted item(s) to us.
A return label
is included in your parcel. Please use this and select the same shipping method as your delivery.
The return cost is €6.25 (excluding VAT), which will be deducted from your refund.
Keep your proof of return, as we can only track the parcel with this documentation.
Can I exchange an item for another color or size?
If you would like a different size or color, please place a new order at bonaparteshop.com and return the unwanted item(s) to us. This ensures that you receive your new item as quickly as possible.
If you used a discount code on your original order, the discount applies only to that purchase. If you return an item, the discount will not be reapplied to the remaining items or transferred to a new order.
Do I have to pay shipping again if I reorder a different size?
Yes, standard shipping fees apply to your new order. If you are returning an item from a larger order and have questions about shipping costs, please contact our customer service team at cs-en@bonaparteshop.com.
Why have I received the wrong refund amount?
If you believe your refund is incorrect, please contact us at cs-en@bonaparteshop.com, and we will be happy to assist you.
How long can I return a Christmas gift?
All purchases made between November 1st and December 23rd are considered Christmas gifts and can be returned until January 31st of the following year.
