How do I return an item?

If the item didn’t fit, you can easily send it back.

Here’s how:

• Pack the item securely and include the return slip with the correct return code.

• Seal the package well and attach the pre-paid return label.

• Drop off the package at the specified parcel shop and keep your receipt.

Once your return has been processed, you’ll receive a confirmation by email.

A return fee of € 6,25 will be deducted from your refund. Processing time is typically 7–10 business days from the day we receive your package.

Important:

• Never send returns without a return slip and label – this delays processing.

• The package is your responsibility until we’ve received it.

• Packages must not be sent without delivery or cash on delivery.
