When will I receive my refund?

Once we’ve received and processed your return, the amount will be refunded to the same payment method used for the purchase.

Refunds are typically issued no later than 5 business days after the return package has reached our warehouse.

Depending on your bank or payment method, it may take a little time before the amount appears in your account.

If you paid with Klarna, we recommend registering your return via the Klarna app or website to pause your invoice.
