You might be familiar with the feeling of an irritating, pinching underwire that you can’t wait to take off as soon as you get home from work? If so, read on as we try to demystify how the right size should fit. It’s essential to consider both the cup and band size to ensure you get the right support. The band should neither be too tight nor too loose – as a rule of thumb, you should be able to easily fit two fingers between your skin and the band. It's important to start with the outermost hook, as the inner hooks should only be used as the bra stretches over time. Regarding the cup, it should fully encase the breast. It mustn’t be too loose, as this can cause the cup to gape.
